i've just finished a gathering light by jennifer donnelly and i love it, it never gets dull!!! it's about a girl of about 14-15 who looks after her younger sisters and helps her dad out after her mother died of cancer and her brother left, she dreams of going to colleage and becoming a writer but everything seems to get in her way and after she's asked to be married she gets work at a hotel and discovers the life of a young girl who drowned in the lake, it's writen beautifully and i can really relate to the main character

Arise riders of Theoden! Spears shall be shaken, shield shall be splintered, a sword day, a red day, ere the sun rises!

Now I'm reading a book called dragonspell. So far I think it's pretty good. It's about a girl who has the ability to find dragon eggs and is very hard without that power. So far that's all I know, and now she's going to try and help these other to people in stopping an evil wizard, whose name I can't remember. There are seven high races and she was a slve set partially free.

Hmmmmmm...wonder if this'll get me into modleing....

Just went back to reading Dark Is The Moon by Ian Irvine.
After getting past the start, which was basically a recap of what's happened so far, I really am finding it hard to put down. So much has happened so far, and the mysteries surrounding the characters are slowly being unravelled. Oh I can't wait until it's all explained.

terry pratchett is genius.......

....but if you like terry pratchett you may also like neil gaiman (Sandman comics, Coraline)

At the moment i'm re reading Stardust by Neil Gaiman, and Veronika decides to die by Paulo Cohelo (the alchemist)

Time slowed, reality bent, on and on the eggman went

Hey," said Shadow."Huginn or Muninn, or whoever you are. The bird turned, head tipped, suspiciously, on one side, and it stared at him with bright eyes "Say neverermore" said Shadow. "F**k you," said the raven. It said nothing else as they went through the woodland together.

Almost finished "Spies" By Michael Frayn for college now. It's okay, but it wasn't interesting enough for my liking. It is based around this boy (Stephan) and his friend (Keith) during WWII who discover that Keiths mother is a German Spy, and its basically about them spying on her.

I'm also reading Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen, so far it's pretty good. I want to finish it in time to watch the new film version but that looks unlikely as i'm going to see it Saturday. :P
