The best place to go would be
Gwaith i-Phethdain ("
Fellowship of Word-Smiths") who not only have the Sindarin and Quenya phrases (and Khuzdűl and Black Speach) but has a detailed linguistical analysis of those phrases. It also has phrases which didn't even make it into the film.
As well as spoken dialogue, Gwaith i-Phethdain has an analysis of the three soundtracks (although I don't think it has for the latest "Complete Recordings", if they are any different, of course - mine's on order) as well as sword inscriptions and text seen in the film (such as Gilraen's grave).
