YOu know Ive only just noticed this....

Ive been talking about the presence of Legolas' Mirkwood bow in the movies..... and thought that it really wasnt in the movie that much, since he was pretty much presented with his Lorien bow, practically right after Moria....

SO.....  WHY did he use his Mirkwood bow at Amon Hen ???

Well spotted EG I hadn't noticed that at all. Perhaps he wanted some practice with the new bow before he used it in battle :-\

Perhaps he kept the Mirkwood one as a back-up in the boat?

Anyway, I like the Mirkwood bow more - I think it's more pretty. :P
