indeed there are many, moderators are chosen by the Admin team as a whole, and there are many members who would make excellent moderators. however, as you probably guess, those chosen for moderator positions show a strong interest in the forum, and its wellbeing and the other members of the forum they are likely to be temperate, good at taking a even line in an argument, and able to spot trouble and mediate it, rather than aggravate it Anyway.. there is no point at this stage discussing this, as there are NO moderator vacancies |
