Development potential
High security walls

High workforce costs with a lot of training needed
Health and safety high risk area
Recent building collapses suggesting unstable foundations and/or landslips

And Cirith Ungol and Minas Morgul would be close by! What else could one wish for? :P

Joking aside, Rivendell  would be perfect. But I would take a lot of holidays, and explore the whole of ME. Even though I don't like traveling in real life, GOndor, The Shire, Orthanc, Rohan, Bree, The Havens would all be on my traveling list.

DO you guys know of any travelling agent I could contact? :P

 I totally admit that I have only glanced at the first page of replies and nothing more..  ::)  :P

  But I think I'd probably live in Gondor..  I'm a city-gal through and through..  Probably specifically Osgiliath..  Or maybe even Minas Tirith..
