What i don't get is when the orks brought in the fire filled rhino ram. Why didn't it show signs of possibly burning the front gate ???

First and foremost it was grond which is a battering ram. The fire was more to add fear to anyone in the opposing army.

Did you know that on each little panel on Grond, Weta had inscribed a Mordorian curse inscription, something like "I am Grond, Hammer of the Underworld".  that was a great addition.

the 1st age elves have the funky curved swords, u kno when theyre all in a line and the staggered affect is jus creamy, wot a way to dispach the 1st wave of ur enemy.. :sw:

 If by Falchion you are referring to the two handed broad Elven infantry blade, then it's the wrong way to describe it Kam.

 The closest you get to the name and description (in the western side of the world) would be what I have come across in my research and that would be a Dacian Falx, which I'm in process of replicating.
