I have so many favorites that I tend to go with favorite Authors, tends to shorten the list a little.

C.S. Lewis
Tolkien
L.M. Montgomery
Zahn
Jane Austin
James Herriot
Agathe Christe

Then there are a few book's that I can't remember the author's name such as

The Perilous Gard
The Thief
Talking With Dragons Series
The Redwall Series (though they tend to get a bit repetitive)

The entire discworld series are my favourite books ever.  Terry Pratchett is just a genius writer, so clever and very witty.  I love the characters he creates and the randomness of his books.

Now my favourite book at the moment is Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince! It just rocks my socks :D

My favourite part being anything with Voldemort and Nagini - also the whole Draco thing... and the death of Dumbledore.. I know, I'm horrid, but hey I'm a Death Eater at heart.

ooo i just read Eragon not to long ago actually!!..i cant believe the author is only in his twenties. It pays to have connections then eh?! (his parents were in the biz)

I enjoyed the book very much (since I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOOOOOVE anything to do with dragons) and it was well written. I just thought many things were extremely simliar to the LOTR books from names to the locations of the mountain ranges etc.

but i still cant wait for the next one to come out...It says in my book that it should be out around this month.

My favourite book's are;
Pride & Prejudice, Emma, Sense and Sensibility - I love those books, I love all Jane Austin books, I adore them. And they are timeless, she is by far one of my favourite author's.

Harry Potter - Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix & Half Blood Prince - These books, just get me lost in imagination. They're truly great books. And J.K is a brilliant author.

First and foremost it would have to be A Brave New World by Alduous Huxley. After that it would be he Dune novels followed closely by the LOTR. The reason I choose the new Dune novels over LOTR is because I feel their alot deeper, not just simple good versus evil. After all nothing is as simple as that.
