Band of Brothers is another personal favorite...

"God is the Lord, of angels, and of men-and of elves."-J.R.R. Tolkien

And I shall be telling this with a sigh
somewhere ages and ages hence
Two roads diverged in a wood and I,
I took the road less traveled by
And that has made all the difference.

I am sure 'pride and prejudice' by Jane Austen has to be one of my favourites. Harry Potter ofcourse, 'angela's ashes', 'about a boy', 'noughts and crosses' and 'lirael' are other favourites  :D

Runt: What's the color of love, Pig?
Pig: What sort of love, love?
Runt: Don't know. But you know the way things, they got a color. I wonder what the color of love is.
Pig: Jesus, Runt. You could read a thousand think books and never know the answer to that quiz.
Runt: It's be a good one to know, ah?
Pig: It'd be brilliant, Runt. It's around here somewhere.

The Lord Of The Rings of course

but also The Colditz Story. I really enjoyed that book as the plans the POWs came up with were so finely planned.

It's hard to decide between Quest for lost heroes by David Gemmell and the Rover's cripple by Adele Lorienne. Both books are so amazingly written. Quest for lost heroes has tear-jerking qualities and such amazingly made characters. Where-as The Rover's Cripple has the most lovely main character. Falen who is a cripple. But he over-comes his disabilities and becomes a hero. It just so heart-warming. Ill make a list of my fave books

1). Quest for Lost heroes ~  David Gemmell
2). The Rover's Cripple ~ Adele Lorienne
3). Winter Warriors ~ David Gemmell
4). Legend of deathwalker ~ David Gemmell
5). Druss the Legend ~  David Gemmell
6). The legend of Luke ~ Brian Jaques
7). Dark Prince ~ David Gemmell
8 ). Mossflower ~ Brian Jaques
