Just found a new(ish) Anne MacCaffrey book about the miners on Pern. Except I forgot to bring it in today so I'm reading "Staring at the Sun" by Julian Barnes instead.

God-Emperor of Dune, by Frank Herbert I read that when I was so young and loved the rest of his books. I am reading the last Gunslinger book by Stephen King, I'm actually losing sleep trying to get to the end. I lost track, but I think it's the 7th and last book in the series. |

I've just finished re-reading Orwell's 1984 online. Strangely, it's not as depressing as I first found it as a teenager, and I stand even more impressed by Orwell's vision and eloquence.

I am currently reading 'Fat kid rules the world' by K.L.Going. It is actually really funny and I am going to reveiw it for the school library. Also, in between I am sort of reading 'Northern Lights' by Phillip Pullman again, because I forgot the story line, what a clutz!  |
