The choices of Hobbits and Elves

*Nienna looked down at Sam and smiled, he was right but she was so determind to reach the cave* "We're safer there, safer to rest and be cared for. I don't want to wait any longer to see my friends, even if every step almost kills me" *She said and she carried on going. She didn't want to stay at the walls of Gondor, for all she knew the evil creatures that rode the Dragons may well not be dead, some of them anyway and there was no counting on when there would be another attack. Nienna knew they would be sheltered and could easily hide in the cave*

Legolas looked up at Neinna and Sam from a distance "There alive" he smiled broudly, his heart being wildly with relife "There really alive" he said with tears in his eyes "My worst fears never came true...Your all here" he was now talking so fast it was mumbled, he was soo happy to see that everyone that he cared about so dearly was okay.

Sam nodded, and continued walking beside Nienna. If she was to continue, he would. He gazed down at the ground, not daring to look up at Nienna. What if she never forgave him? She risked her life to save his. It was all his fault she was even in this state. He cursed himself mentally, though staying silent on the outside. He wondered slightly why the Hobbits had not come. What if they had been attacked on the way here? Sam was sure they wouldn't back out once they had given their word, Hobbits just didn't do that. That could only mean one thing. Sam's hands clenched at his side, not wanting to think of such things. It couldn't be true coult it?

*Eleclya smiled as Nienna and Sam reached the cave, but thought it best not to say anything. They had just been through a lot and there was no words to describe the loss and sorrow that mounted up in Eleclya's heart but also the relief of seeing all her friends safe again. She gave a tiresome sigh and walked off towards the back of the cave where she sat down, flooding in her own thoughts and feelings*

[Amarie]

Amarie sighed with relief as Nienna and Sam finally came into the cave. She smiled at them through now happy tears. Then wiped them away and went over to the group. She swollowed hard and then said, trying to smile,   " Anyone need help? Is there still anything you might need a healer for?"

cassandra smiled to see her oldest friend and sam arrive at the cave, she then turned to amarie as legolas' arm concerned her, "can you heal this?" she asked

[Amarie]

"I can try...," Amarie said, while approacing Legolas. Carefully, she took Legolas's arm into her hands. She heard him wince nd looking at the arm she knew why. "This will need longer..." she murmured. Carefully she released the arm and took out a pouch from under her shrit. From it she extracted several herbs, crushed them and put them into another little leather pouch. She added some water and started mixing it with the herbs. Then she returned to Legolas. "This will certainly hurt, but you need to leave the paste - it will extract any dirt or puss that might be in there. Then, when it is absolutely clean I can heal the rest with magic." She held the arm tightly now, spreading the paste thickly. then she ripped again at her shirt, gaining two large pieces of cloth. With them she went over to the fire, took a metal cooking pot that had been lying beside it and filled that with water. She put it on the fire and helped the cooking with a little magic. After a while she took out the pieces of cloth, they were perfectly dry. With them she went over to Legolas and put one tightly over the wound. With the other one she bound the arm securely to his breast. "That is it for now. Sorry, but I can't give you anything against the pain. I'd have to gather more herbs for that. If you do need something please don't hesitate to tell me though, I will look for somthing then."
Without another word, she sat down again in the corner. This last feat of magic had exhausted her further. She just mangaed to sit down where she had sat before and closed her eyes. Then she knew nothing more.

Legolas dealt with the pain, he watched her make up the herbal mixture and place it across his arm. Yes it was painful but it wasn't as bad if he didn't think about, so he went and sat himself down next to Cassondra "You okay?" he asked her awkardly, before looking down at his arm strung across his body "This feels so weird" he smiled then his face turned to sadness "I thought I lose you back then....I didn't think you was going to make it...I couldn't...I wouldn't of been...." he paused "What I'm trying to say is... I Love you" he didn't quite no what kind of love her ment, his mind was spinning wildly.

cassandra smiled at legolas, taking his hand in hers, she turned to him and with her other hand she gently stroked his face, keeping eye contact; "i love you too and don't worry, you can't get rid of me that easily,"

[Blaen]

(holy cow...I'm lost, tis my fault though, I should be on more often )

Meltharius upon seeing Nienna enter ran to her and embraced her. "I thought I had lost you" he whispered in her ear.

Blaen skulked around near the back of the cave. "What of the city?" he asked forlornly.

(Yesh, yesh you should! But I'll forgive you, you do have exams very soon so we'll make sure you don't get left behind )

*Nienna smiled as Meltharius took her in his arms* "It's OK, I'm here now" *She said softly to him feeling a big relief to see him and all the others alive and well*

*Eleclya peered up at Blaen through the darkness of the back end of the cave and sighed sadly* "The city, for now, is lost. There is, however a possibility it can be rebuilt after Rhinvan is killed but it shall take many men and time...Which is at the moment quite impossible" *She explained*

[Samwise Gamgee]

Sam stayed at the mouth of the cave, staring out over the land. Where were all the Hobbits? They should be here by now. He fiddled nervously with the hem of his shirt, not listening to the others at all. All he knew was that everyone was safe, there was nothing else he could do right now that would be of any help. He just hoped that whereever they were going now, they would be able to go the way the Hobbits would've come from the Shire. Then he could see for sure what had happened to them

[Blaen]

"Dammit! Why must Gondor always suffer these tragedies!" Blaen growled. He bent down and scooped up his scabbard from the floor and drew his sword. "And now it looks as though we've lost our King and our city" he sighed.

*Eleclya sighed sadly* "Gondor hasn't seen the best of it's days, but it will. The future is bright...Aslong as we can defeat Rhinvan" *She said, her voice turning cold and slightly uncertain. She knew the chances of defeating Rhinvan were very weak and even if they found him they probably wouldn't have the strength or numbers to go into another war*
