Tony glared at his brother, "You don't treat my friends like that Bret, I won't let you! You apologise now or I'm going to make you." he said seriously. He knew that they were evenly matched fighting wise and it was 50/50 who would win.

Maxxie looked up from his hands at them and shook his head. He could not stand yet so he could not stop the brothers. He looked over at Avril to make sure she was ok

Bret looked at Tony and snarled. "I treat people the way I want to treat them! So, I guess you better make me say sorry."

Avril looked up at Maxxie and smiled weakly, she would step in again, but didn't really feel like being shoved to the floor again.

Tony nodded and looked at Avril and Maxxie knowing they'd try to stop it. Even if they stopped it now it would just happen again when they were away from them so might as well get it done he figured. "Don't try to interrrupt." he said quickly before swinging out again hitting his brother once more in the face and lifting his other to guard position as he'd been taught.

Maxxie crawled over to sit beside Avril's feet. He smiled weakly at her and watched Tony hitting Bret again. He smiled that guy had been asking for it..He rubbed his arm and pulled up the sleeve to check it. He was getting a nice bruise on the elbow. But his leg was what was worrying him

Bret took the punch without moving. He smirked at his brother as he punched him under his guard. Although Tony knew how to fight, Bret always had the strength. Bret watched as Tony stumbled backwards and looked down at Avril, as if trying to impress her.

Avril looked away from Bret and at Maxxie. He looked at him. "Is it your leg?"

Tony stumbled but quickly recovered and in his moment of not paying attention he swiped his feet from under him jumping ot the side as his brother fell the rest of the way down the stairs.

Maxxie looked at Avril and nodded "Yeah..dunno what i've done to it.." He said as he lifted up his jeans and looked at his knee. It was swelling up and a nice bruise was forming

Bret fell to the ground and then slowly got up, he looked at Tony. He had been holding back. That was the last straw, with all his might he punched Tony, flat out. He just didn't care anymore. He smirked as he watched his younger brother fell to the floor.

Avril looked at his knee. "Hmm...maybe we should leave, get the checked out. She then watched as Tony fell to the floor and she gasped. "Bret! What the hell is wrong with you?!" Avril said, getting up an storming over to Bret, looking up at his huge smirk.

Tony landed hard and stayed there for a moment as stars exploded infront of his eyes and he half groaned half whimpered. He took a moment to breath before lifting himself slightly touching the corner of his mouth and eye finding blood at both. "Sh-t!." he said softly feeling dizzy.

Maxxie shook his head and smiled at Avril "Dont worry..i'll be good" He said as he saw Tony fall. He crawled over to him and bit his lip "Ton are you ok?"

Bret looked down at Avril. "Oh, he'll be fine, if he's not, it's his own problem."

Avril looked at him. She was so annoyed right now. She finally slapped him across the face.

Bret's head moved in the direction of Avril's slap. He slowly brought his hand up to his face and rubbed it. He looked up at Avril and growled lowly.

Tony blinked and looked at Maxxie nodding slightly and sighing. "Ya...I'll be fine." he said softly to him and pushed himself up standing and turned quickly as he heard the slap. He watched his brother for his reaction and when he realized it definatly wasn't a good one he stepped forward grabbing Avril's arm and pulling her back away from Bret. "A$$hole, I'm still standing." he said smirking. He wiped away the blood and stepped infront of Avril in a smooth move to get Bret's attention back. He wasn't going to hold back on his brother any mroe like they did when they practiced. This was an all out fight and he'd do damage even if he lost. He faced Bret, considering before swinging up at his head and at the last moment bringing his arm back swinging up his leg catching his brother between his and watching him go down. "Shouldn't hurt too bad...don't got nothing there from what your ex-es say." he said with a shrug.

Maxxie stood up slowly and pulled Tony back. He shook his head "Tony let's leave it at that ok?" He said as he stood infront of Tony and Avril "Bret just go home ok...you've proved your point your a big matcho man...enough right.." He said

Bret looked up at Maxxie. He stood up with out saying a word and pushed passed the three of them. He went to the door and tried to open it. It was jammed, he looked at it confused.

Avril turned to looked at Bret. "For God's sakes Bret, just leave already!"

"I...I can't." Bret said confused.
