1. How can I set "new" sign at the of topic title(if it is possible at all)
2. New posts appear in the second page of the board (e.g. in Lotr and Hobbit section) Is it possible for the post to appear in the 1st page?
A bit stupid to ask this, but I'm not very advanced in the internet matters  to tell the truth.

you only get the "new" sign, when there is a new post which you have not read.  There isnt any other way to make it new, but the date on the topic will put the topic at the top of the board, so it appears new.

In order to get the latest post at the top of the topic rather than the end, go into your profile and into the section "Forum preferences" and tick the box next to "Show most recent posts at the top"

Not stupid questions at all!  Ask away :)

Concerning the 2nd question.  And if all of the post above are sticky topics then the latest posted topic will be on the second page nevertheless, won't it?

yup!   Unless thats sticky too!

(bad feature of the Tolkien board. where all topics are sticky for safe keeping!  Best bet is to prod a mod or admin, to make your topic sticky in there!  (which Ive just done!))
