OK, I can't not say anythign anymore.
Can you please get rid of this. It is very annoying as it is completely pointless and makes the page bounce up and down. It should just be scrapped.
(I know I'm not the only member who thinks this.)

I think it's good, not sure what you mean with the bouncing up and down. It's never done that for me.

I know what you mean about the bouncing up and down and it can be a bit bothersome at times.. But I actually enjoy reading the weather report even though it doesn't pertain to me in the slightest..  I think it's rather cute and the things that are said on there can be quite witty..

It is due to the fact that the weather report is longer than the standard size of the News Box and therefore pushes the forum slightly.
