I guess she needed a little catch up time then.

"We should hurry. No telling if the amulet is still on the base."

I know that if I'd taken the amulet, I'd be long gone.

"The only thing is they may not think like you. I think it would me wise to search all personel and their things. Sir."

Very well then. I'll get that airman to extend his search to include everyone, whether entering/leaving the base or on-duty. Meanwhile, we'd better be going. We don't want to keep Teal'c waiting.

"Why don't you stay here and help with the search and I'll go check on Kaylee."

Well I could go with you, but it would involve a lot of walking .... no, I think I'll stay here.

Sam gets in the elevator and pushes the button for the surface. She sighs and leans agianst the wall.

Daniel looks back through the door. Janet is standing beside him. He turns and runs after Nick.

Where on earth do I start looking for some fancy necklace?

*goes off scratching his head

Sam closes her eyes and sighs again as the elevator reaches the surface and the doors open. She steps out and goes to her waiting car. She climbs in and drives off.

*sees General Hammond

Hey General

Colonel, ... still nothing?

No, not yet. Just organising a base-wide search.

And Daniel?

Same as he was.

By the way, I've cleared your mission for 08:00.

Sam gets to Daniel's house and knocks on the door. "Kaylee?" She waits for a moment and takes out her kit. She picks the lock and walks in. "Kaylee you here?" She goes through the living room, kitchen, and the study. Empty. She knocks on Daniel's bedroom door. "Kaylee you in there?" She opens the door. The bed is made and everything is in order. She turns around and opens the door to the guest bedroom. The bed is unmade and the room is a mess. Sam checks the bathroom and then goes around to the other side of the bed. "Kaylee." She checks for a pulse and dials the SGC. ((For Hammond.))
