I didn't even know he was in there.

Sam runs into the gate room. "What happened?"

[Gollum]

No one really knows. But it appears as though he fell threw the window up there in the Briefing Room.

Is he gonna be ok.

Clumsy as Daniel can be at times, he's not that clumsy is he?

[~London~]

"He would have to have been thrown through the window."

[Gollum]

Surely not. Who'd want to do that? What was he doing up there anyway?

[~London~]

"The amulet." She runs to Daniel's office and rifles through his desk. "It's not here."

[Gollum]

*runs after Sam
You mean that fancy necklace he was looking at earlier?

So it's not here, he must have given it to Teal'c.

[~London~]

"Or taken it with him. He must have wanted to tell Hammond something."She heads to the infirmary.

[Gollum]

In that case we have a missing amulet on our hands.
Right, I want a list of people seen going in and out of the briefing room.

[~London~]

"Yes sir." The airman walks away.

Sam walks into the infirmary "How is he Janet?"

"Not to good. He's in a coma."

"Did he have an amulet with him?"

"If he did I didn't find it. Check his personal belongings."

[Gollum]

... and be quick about it *shouts O'Neill after the airman
And you there. Make sure no one leaves the base without being searched first.

*heads off in the direction of the infirmary and bumps into Teal'c coming through a door

O'Neill. I was just on my way to the infirmary. Is Daniel Jackson ok? The team was about to head off-world but was delayed when I heard about his accident.

I was on my way down there myself. And we're starting to wonder if it was really an accident.

[~London~]

Sam looks through all od Daniel's pockets. "Janet?"

"Yes Sam?"

"Was his pocket torn like this when you brought him here?"

"I think so. Why?"

"The amulet is missing."

"How important is it?"

"It was an artifact we hadn't finished testing."

[Gollum]

*Jack and Teal'c enter
What d'you think Carter? An accident or an attack of somesort? At the moment, I'm thinking the second, and I'm not liking it.
And why would someone want it? ...... And has Kaylee still not showed up.

Is it possible that the 2 are linked somehow.

"You think Kaylee did this?"

"I'll ask and see if anyone found the amulet and put it somewhere else."

[Gollum]

No I do not believe that Kaylee did it, but it's odd that the amulet and the only 2 people who could possibly read the writing on it have either been attacked or are currently missing.
