Well although I've only played Battle For Middle Earth, tis an outstanding game and it would be hard to beat it.
I've looked at a few screenshots but there's something about WOTR that doesn't quite look right to me.
I'm downloading the demo of War Of The Ring at the moment though.

Yeah I know what you mean, the engine it runs on looks rather 'cartoonish' as appose to Battle For Middle Earth. But I bought War of the Ring because, aparently, it stays closer to the books rather than the films  :wacko:

Well I'd have to stick with Battle For Middle Earth.
I played the demo but really, twas a bit naff I felt. Plus I'm not too much of a fan of the "cartoony" style graphics in a game.
