Let me give you a clue. This inscription appears in the Silmarillion. You need to read a chapter called 'Of Turin Turambar' to know what the inscription means and how it is spelt. 'PlaurunMa' is really funny.

For those who haven't  read the Silmarillion yet:
This is the inscription on the grave of Turin Turambar, slayer of Glaurung, the first of the dragons. Nienor Niniel is his sister's name, whom Turin wedded not knowing she was his sister. They both died near river Teiglin in the west Beleriand in a manner in some way similar to that in Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare. For more information see The Silmarillion, 'Of Turin Turambar' and especially in The Unfinished Tales, 'Narn i hin Hurin'(Tale of the Children of Hurin').
