Oh oh oh I want one! I'd have to turf the roof and have a garden though, I'd just have to! I agree Sam, they do look big, I'll just have the two bedroom cottage please

I've been to Sedona, AZ (though it's been a while) and I never saw any houses that looked like that.. Those are super cool though!

It's beautiful for sure. He doesn't live in it, though, am I right? It's to house his enviable collection. Mind you, think of the dusting...all those figurines and books to move...

Maybe he has a cleaner. Actually, although Bag End was a tad messy in the film, it wasn't dusty so Bilbo must have had a hobbit cleaner in. Either than or dust can't copy with round rooms.

Yes but Anne, that's just Bag End in the film. In the books Bilbo was very particular and house proud if you remember. Quite different.
