The choices of Hobbits and Elves

"i have just as much right as you to go," said cassandra, she then took his hand, "i know it's dangerous but thats why i should go because of my powers." she said gently

Legolas fell silent again, muttering elvish under his breathe with closed eyes a bright light formed arounf Cassondra then it faded.

"This will help protect you" he smiled and stumbled sligtly as it drained him.

[destiny]

cassandra squeesed his hand and then turned to eleclya, "tell me what i need to do." she said

"Distract them while I go see if I can get in...Just be careful, I know you have the power to hold them off. Once I have Meltharius I'll come and help you" *Eleclya said then she turned to Nienna and Legolas* "You two stay here, help Cassandra if needed, but when I have Meltharius take him and run" *She said turning back to face Cassandra* "You ready?"

"yup," said cassandra taking a deep breath, she had no idea what to do but would give it her best shot, she walked out of the bush and the men were omediatly defensive, "it's ok, i don't bite," said cassandra walking up to them, "i kinda got lost and was hoping you could help. you seem really important so i guessed you could help me."

*As Cassandra took the guards attention, Eleclya snuck behind them, crouching slightly with a very quick and silent pace. She saw the opening to a cave and quickly walked into the darkness..*

the soldiers watched cassandra and didn't notice eleclya, one raised his eyerows to caution the other, "so your lost, eh? how'd you get here anyway? i mean your an elf and you alone escaped the dragons?!" the soldiers started to approch cassandra and she took a few steps back
"i told you the truth, i'm in no situation to lie," said cassandra trying to stay cool

*As Eleclya walked further into the cave darkness seemed to surround her, the light behind her had disapeared and she was left with no light. She checked behind her, she seemed to have turned a corner, they wouldn't be able to see her now. She chanted some words in elvish and a bright white orb of light appeared in her palm. She looked around for any sign of Meltharius, then in the corner a figure laid motionless. She quickly ran over to the figure and knelt beside it, it was Meltharius. Eleclya shook him gently* "Meltharius?" *She said half whispering*

Legolas watched from thehinding with Nienna, seeing the guards aprouch Cassondra he found it hard not to go up there and help his friend, But he knew he had to wait for Eleclya's sign.

the soldiers again looked from one to the other, "you seem pretty healthy, where have you been staying?" said one as the other half walked around cassandra
cassandra looked from one to another getting more and more worried, "you know, where i can!"
the guard behind her grabbed her arms constricting her and the other drew his sword, keeping it dangerously close, taunghting her

[M]

*Eleclya continued to shake Meltharius, there was no sign of him moving but he was still breathing* "Meltharius?!" *She whispered, her tone more urgent now. She knew the guards would be getting suspicious of Cassandra now. She whispered a few words in elvish, then after a few seconds her eyes turned a bright white, out of her palm came a white, healing glow. She placed her hand on Meltharius' chest and continued to whisper the same, ancient words. After a few minutes Eleclya took her hand away, the energy she had given him wasn't a lot, but she knew it was enough to make him concious and for him to be able to walk*

Legolas was finding it harder and harder not to rush out and help her. The anger growing inside him, but no sign of Eleclays or Metharius.

Meltharius let out a soft groan and opened his eyes. He looked up at everybody and laughed. "Why is it always me who ends up unconcious, injured or dead?" he asked comically.

cassandra struggled, trying to get away from the blade, she crouched slightly and then leaped over the guard holding her, twisting him to the ground, she kicked the soldier with the blade so he threw it up into the air, she quickly caught it, pointing it at the soldiers chest. the other soldier was getting up!.....

[M]

*Eleclya had no time for laughing, she dragged him up and helped him keep stable* "We must get out of here" *She said very seriously, Cassandra is distracting the guards. Now, once we get outside, Legolas and Nienna will be waiting to take you to a safer place. Meanwhile, me and Cassandra will hold the guards at bay" *She said, then they began to walk towards the exit of the cave.
Soon they were outside and Eleclya could see Cassandra was in trouble, she signalled over to Legolas and Nienna and went to go help*

*Nienna saw Eleclya and Meltharius emerge out of the cave and quickly ran over to Meltharius* "Come on, we need to get out of here"
