The choices of Hobbits and Elves

*Eleclya suddenley felt something, she jumped slightly and looked back, in between the Orc's she saw Meltharius' body. Her eyes widened with shock, fear and sadness, tears started welling up in her eyes but she knew she had to try and make sure the others didn't see. She concentrated for a moment, closing her eyes* "We need your help" *She said telepathically to one of the elves she had brought with her. Within moments, 12 elves appeared from the bushes and sent arrows flying towards the Orc's, making an escape route for them*

Legolas watched the Elves fight off the orcs, He felt something was wrong but thought nothing of it.

"Right" He said breathlessly

"what do we do now?" "Wait for Metharius here or somewhere else?" He said hopefully to the others.

(just wanna say Metharius is soo clever! )

(Sorry Jesbo! I made sure you were behind Eleclya and Legolas, don't worries, I'll get you back into it )

*Eleclya had to hold back her tears for the others, she couldn't let them know she saw Meltharius* "We must run!" *She said and she gave out a whistle, her horse followed by another 2 came galloping towards her. They halted straight infront of her, she mounted her horse Lessien and looked towards the others* "This is Vandir" *She said pointing towards a large, strong, beautiful chesnut coloured horse, it stood proudly on the grass and went up to Legolas allowing him to get on* "And this is Legéthien" *She said pointing towards a lightly coloured dapple grey mare who was slightly smaller than Vandir* "Respect these horses and they will respect you" *She said as Legéthien walked over to Nienna. Eleclya turned to Cassandra* "You may ride with me, Cassandra" *She said with a very faint smile*

"thanks," said cassandra, climbing up. she sat behind eleclya, "where are we going and where is meltharius?" she asked looking around

*Nienna mounted Legéthien and looked back slightly, she couldn't see Meltharius anywhere inbetween the huge groups of Orc's. She sighed and waited for the others*

*Eleclya looked down and tears welled up in her eyes, but she hid her face from Cassandra* "We must go, I will explain everything later" *She said and with that she kicked Lessien into a fast gallop and they shot off through the woods followed by Nienna and Legolas.
They had rode for quite a long time now, and the sounds of battle was far behind them. Eleclya came to a halt, she felt tiredness and sadness come over her. She looked back to the others* "We shall rest here tonight" *She said. After Cassandra dis-mounted Eleclya leapt off. She found a nearby rock and sat down waiting for the others*

*Nienna came to a halt and dis-mounted, she looked down at Eleclya and saw the exspression on her face* "Eleclya, what's happened?" *She asked in a concerned tone*

*Eleclya looked up at Nienna, Cassandra, and Legolas, her eyes shining with tears* "I should of told you this back there, but if I did I would of never got you to safety" *She paused* "Meltharius...is dead" *She muttered* "I saw his body among the Orc's...He wasn't moving..." *She said with her voice trailing off and looking back to where they had come from with sadness in her eyes*

*Nienna felt tears mount up in her eyes, she fell to her knees, and looked down to the ground* "I knew I shouldn't of left him" *She muttered half to herself. She felt empty, lost Eltharion, my family, now Meltharius...Gone she thought to herself, as she felt tears roll down her cheeks*

cassandra couldn't stop blinking, she had to hold back the tears, she was trembling all over, "how dare you make us leave! we could of..... we could..... we should.... i mean i don't know but why was it your choice to hide this from us!?" said cassandra, her eyes were red and tears poured down her cheeks

Legolas jumped off his horse and looked to Eleclya, He face filled with shock his emotions over powering him.

He couldn't face all this, Legolas Turned and walked quickly towards the dence forest. He needed time alone.

cassandra wanted to say something to legolas but she was utterly speechless, she watched him walk away, she stared at eleclya then shook her head and stood, looking away, behind the horse

Legolas found a shallow, nearby river and sat beside it looking at his reflection.

"Damn you Metharius DAMN YOU!"

He shouts angryly and it echos threw the forest making birds fly away with fright.

Thoughts ran threw his head about he shouldnt have left him and many other things. By he respected that Metharius wonted them to.

Race: Dark Elf
Age: ?
Des: Similiar appearance to Meltharius except for the fact that he has a large scar across his right eye.
Bio: Corrupted by powers unknown Malvorías attempted to destroy the elves but was defeated and imprisoned by Meltharius' father. He escaped and vowed to seek vegeance on those who had 'wronged' him.

Malvorías stalked through the trees silently, his sword drawn. "Where are you little elves" he called mockingly.

Legolas started to throw rocks into the water angryly, but stopped as he heard voices.

Drawing his bow and arrow he places it out ready to attack, Turning around swiftly he thinks it might be Eleclya or Cassandra,but still sure.

cassandra perked up her head, she had a bad feeling, "legolas!" she mumbled then ran off towards the woods, she ran through the trees and to the stream, she saw him and ran towards him. "legolas, legolas!" she said catching her breath, her cheeks were still damp with tears, "somethings not right, please we have to get out of this forest, please!"
