The choices of Hobbits and Elves

Eltharion gave the order. "Fall back to the walls!" he cried. The elves retreated to the walls of the outer city and rained flaming arrows down onto the houses and people below. When Minas-Tirith was starting to be engulfed in flame  Elthario ngave hte final order to retreat. The elves climbed back down the walls and onto there awaiting horses and rode off. There numbers had been significantly reduced.

(It´s been dying coz I haven´t been here! :Plol. I´m kinda on holiday at the mo but I found a cyber cafe ánd I´ll get on as much as I can but tis hard finding the time unbetween sun bathing and all )

*Nienna whistled for her horse and climbed upon it and raced to the walls, she pulled out her bow and arrow and started shooting at men*

"nienna" cassandra called "fall back!" she ussured to the others who were retreating and then fired arrows at men coming up behind nienna

"Quickly everyone fall back, that includes you Nienna" Eltharion said. "I'm staying" Eltharion saw the desperate look in Nienna's eyes but vut her off before she could speak. "Don't worry about me, I have a plan." The last of the elves left the walls and Eltharion was left standing. Men were already rushing up the steps torward him. "I hope this works" he muttered. Minas-Tirith was still burning but the fires would soon be quenched, but not until Eltharion had had his say. The elf drew a long staff and drew a circle around him. Then he started to cast a spell. His voice rose high and the men approaching him drew back, "What is the mad elf doing?" one asked. The fools were playing right into Eltharion's hands. The sky clouded over and the wind picked up. The wind grew stronger and stronger and soon he could see the men struggling to stay on their feet in the wind. The spell was having the desired effect, the fires were being fed by the wind and were spreading. Within minutes the city was engulfed in a fire storm. On the battlements Elthario nwas about to flee when he was confronted by none other than King Aragorn himself. "You will pay elf" he screamed and charged at Eltharion. They fought long and hard, they were equally matched until Eltharion started to gain an advantage, He slashed and jabbed at the king until Aragorn was dangerously close to the edge. Eltharion did a last lunge to finish the human but he lost balance. The 2 were thrown off the battlements. Aragorn fell to his untimely death below but Eltharion just managed to gain a hand hold. He struggled but he could not release himself from his precarious predicament. He looked up and saw a girl standing above him...It was Aragorns daughter, his half-niece. She looked at him with vengeance in her eyes and thrust a dagger through Eltharion' hand. The elf screamed with pain and fell from the walls hundreds of feet and hit the ground infront of the retreating elves. The would be no saviour for the elf this time. He hit the ground head first and his neck snapped instantly. Eltharion was dead.

"oh my god! hes dead!" cassandra pulled nienna back so she wouldnt go after him. she started stirring her horse to safety and they fell back

cassandra road back with the war raging below her, she lew a horn to signal return and fired asmany arrows as she could but there were too many. she rode away into the distance to find help, she travelled very quickly so there was no dowt shed get back soon with reinforcements to save a attle that was already lost

*Nienna´s knees felt week, she shook all over, her face turned a ghostly white and her insides were like jelly (he he jelly! ). She fell to the floor, tears fulled up her dull eyes as she watched Eltharion´s lifeless body. She knew she had to go, she didn´t want to go but she knew she had to save her life, but she couldn´t move, every bone in her body was disfunctional, she tried to shout out to Celestria but she couldn´t master any words just breath*

cassandra stopped after finding warrior elves five minutes after she left who were willing to help. she heard nienna and raced back and when she got there a man was just about to fire a arrow at her but cassandra raced infront of her and took the arrow in the back!  she gasped for air then turned round knowing nienna was safe. she fired powerful arrows at the men, killing many. she turned to face nienna, "i...... brought....... help" she pointed to elves gasping

Eltharion lay dead on the fields of Gondor. Eltharion found himself in a dream-like state. He was in a long passageway with a light at 1 end in the distance. Eltharion started to walk toward the light. "I'm dead" he thought to himself grimly. As he reached the end he heard a voice. "no...." it said. "It is not your time, you must return..." the voice echoed. Eltharion awoke in a peaceful glade. His head was throbbing. "Urgh....Where am I" he said groggily. He looked at himself and was embarrased to find himself naked. He glanced up and saw an old man watching him. "What do you want?" he said half-heartedly. The man looked at him slowly. "I'm here to return you to the path you were destined to lead." the man said. "Who are you?" asked Eltharion. "I am Mithrandir, the wanderer. I am Gandalf the White." the man said.

cassandra wiped lood of herself and rose her sword, "this is for eltharion" and she ran into battle but in the amidst she noticed his body wasnt there which made her fight harder

*Nienna wanted to say thankyou to Cassandra but was still in pain and shock, she couldn´t move one muscle though she wanted to fight, she wanted to help not sit there. Tears wouldn´t stop pouring out of her eyes, pain she couldn´t stop rushed through her heart*

cassandra turned back and ran nienna and lifted her onto a horse
"you'll b safe now"

*Nienna looked at her, tears still pouring down her face, she tried to say something but all that came out was breath, she couldn´t master words so she just nodded though it was a great struggle for her*

"Why am i here gandalf?" Eltharion asked the man. "Why am i not dead?" Gandalf stared at the elf. "I thought that would have been obvious, It was not yet your time to die. You have been sent back to complete your destiny." Gandalf said. "And what might that be?" Eltharion asked. "I cannot tell you answers to questions that i myself are puzzled over." Gandalf said. "All i know is that you must ahve something left to complete." Eltharion jumped up from the ground. "So what do you suggest i do?" he asked. "I suggest you find some clothes for a start, you cant walk around Middle-Earth naked" gandalf said.
