cassandra stayed by eleclya and after a moment's silent she spoke softly, "are we to search for rhinvan today or mourn for the ruins that now stand?"

(OK I had exams and wasnt on this for a while so whats happened?)

(It's morning and we're all in a cave just outside Minas Tirith. You can come along and bring yourself in there if you like )

"We should search for Rhinvan" *Eleclya said strongly, trying to put aside her sorrow and fear* "The sooner we set out the better. He could be anywhere and sitting here drowning in our grief isn't going to help us find him"

[Blaen]

Meltharius sighed. "Rhinvan will not be easy to find. After all he wishes not to be." he said. Blaen had disappeared in the night but Meltharius did not worry about his friend, after all he knew from past experiences that it is sometimes good to be alone with your grief.

[Samwise Gamgee]

Samwise sat at the back of the cave, his knees pulled up to his chest. He stared sadly down at the floor, though still listening to the others. He wanted to go past the Shire, to see if his worst nightmares were true, but Sam didn't dare to suggest it to the others. He was of no use to them, maybe he should leave. He had been nothing but trouble this whole time. Sam got to his feet

Legolas walked back over to everyone else, but quietly he sat down against a rock watching everyone trying to take everything in. It was happening so quickly he didnt really no how to react.

Meltharius put his hand on Sam's shoulder. "Go if you wish Sam" he said understanding how he must feel. "But it will be much duller without you. And if you've passed through the fires of Mordor and survived than you can survive anything my friend" he continued smiling.

[Samwise Gamgee]

Sma jumped slightly as Meltharius put his hand on his shoulder, having not expected him. He looked up, not even finding the strength to smile back. "I do not worry whether I will survive or not" Sam said softly, "It is the others back home I worry from. Why didn't they turn up? They were definetly coming" Sam dropped his gaze back down to the ground, trying to decide what to do. Should he go home or stay? If he went back, and everyone was gone, who would he be able to turn to then?

*Eleclya seemed to drift off into thought again, wondering, questioning herself, could we possibly take a detour? she thought to herself. She knew the Shire meant a lot to Sam and she knew if she was in his position she'd want to go back, but she could see his hesitation, he didn't want to leave the rest. She surveyed Sam with a small smile* "We can take a detour that way if you like, Samwise. I know how concerned you are about them" *She said calmly, then she got to her feet* "We don't know the whereabouts of Rhinvan anyway so we may as well start looking for him near The Shire. He probably wouldn't expect us to go there anyway, seen as it's such a long way from here" *She said. She put her mind in Rhinvan's for a moment, thinking about what he'd do and Eleclya knew it, they were to search in the places he thought they were unlikely to go to and The Shire was one of those places*

[Samwise Gamgee]

Sam looked up as Eleclya spoke, and a small smile appeared on his face. "Really? I mean... if it's any trouble, you don't have to take a detour. I don't want to be any more trouble than I have already been." He still remembered how he had nearly killed Nienna, by staying still in the city of Gondor instead of running.

cassandra looked up at eleclya, understanding her way of thinking, "i think it's a good idea to go to the shire,"

*Nienna nodded in agreement to Eleclya's suggestion* "We must start searching somewhere for Rhinvan and what better place than The Shire?" *She said. She looked over at Sam and smiled encouragingly, she knew the feeling of being worried about friends and family, although she didn't have any other than the people who were in the cave. She sighed sadly, remembering the news that her family had died the last time she was in the Shire, but she pushed those thoughts aside, we must concentrate on finding Rhinvan she thought to herself, the sooner this is over, the better*

"We'll prepare and set off as soon as possible" *Eleclya said, looking around slightly in case anybody objected*

Meltharius paused for thought a moment. "Does anyone actually know where that maggot Rhinvan is?" he asked.
