as the dragon took advantage of legolas' weak arm and went to bite him cassandra swung her sword, intercepting the dragon's teeth, it recoiled it's head glaring fiercely at cassandra, cassandra stood her ground, the dragon raised up patronisingly, cassandra watched the dragon's movement, never losing eye contact and when the dragon swiftly shot down at legolas she pushed him out of the way in time, unfortunatly getting the full attack of the blow

[Midge Modge]

Legolas watched Cassondra fall down, however it seemed to be in slow motion from where he was layed on the floor unable to move his legs at the time. Crawling over to her side he looked down at her, she was covered in blood and frozen for ashort while, he shook her gentaly causing himself to get himself in her own blood. Suddnely the dragon swong down with his razor sharp claws once again, Legolas threw his shield over them both even tho it had a huge gash in it already. He still couldnt see or hear the others coming to help so stuggled on wishing for it to stop hoping with all his might that cassondra was alright...

[Blaen]

Blaen looked into the distance and then back at Meltharius. "We must free Aragorn from the spell place upon him but I knwo not where Nienna, Cassondra and Eleclya are" he said to the elf.

[M]

*Eleclya glanced nervously back and forth from the Dragon and Cassandra and Legolas, they needed help, great help. She attempted to distract the Dragon, calling at it, but it was no use, it seemed only interested in the two. She had no choice. She closed her eyes and softly spoke the ancient language which triggered her powers. Her eyes snapped open, however they were not the same but an icy white. The Dragon suddenly looked up at her and snarled, but before it could attack her, Eleclya had formed a bright white orb in her left hand and just as the Dragon moved towards her she threw it as hard as she could straight into it's chest. It stopped just before the orb collided with it and then it flew straight into the back wall, knocking it dead. For a moment it was quiet, Eleclya's eyes returned to normal, but then there was a rumble and the wall where the Dragon had hit began to quake. It split up the side swiftly and then the wall began to collaspe, starting to bring the rest of the city down with it. Eleclya watched it with horror and quickly ran towards Cassandra and Legolas and knelt down by them* "Legolas! Help me, we have to get Cassandra and the others out of here" *She said and she took Cassandra's left arm and pulled it around her neck* "Come on! There's no time to waste!"

*Nienna watched as the wall began to tumble down and ran to aid Eleclya and Legolas but Eleclya turned to her* "Take Amarie and Sam, find Meltharius and Blaen as fast as you can and get out of here! We can help Cassandra" *Eleclya said with urgency. Nienna nodded and ran towards Amarie and Sam* "We need to find Meltharius and Blaen! Come on" *She said as she went past them, hoping that she and the others would somehow find them in time..*

[Amarie]

Amarie started running again, fearfully, looking around at all the wounded, who would probably not survive if the city came down. Silent tears streamed down her face as she ran. She could not believe the injustice of fate, or of the Valar or whoever had left them alone in this.
After a while of searching Amarie could see Meltharius and Blean in a distance. "Over there," she shouted to Nienna and ran in the direction of the two, waving to get their attention.

Legolas swiftly picked Cassondra up with Eleclya, not saying anything, not having the time to think just run and hope the people left behind would be able to get themselves to safty or die quickly rather then to be put threw pain.

[Samwise Gamgee]

Sam watched the wall crumble, frozen to the spot. He knew he should run for his life, but he found he couldn't move. People were pushing past him, frantically running to get out of the city, but he stayed still, staring up at the walls.

[M]

*Nienna stopped when she saw Meltharius and Blaen, she was relieved to see them both alive, but as she looked behind she saw Sam did not follow them. She didn't hesitate and ran back towards him. She saw him stood motionless as the rocks came tumbling down* "Sam!" *She shouted as she reached him* "We've got to get out of here!"

*Eleclya lead the way through the city, taking a short cut to save all of their lives. As they rushed down some steps, rocks came jumping down after them swiftly. Eleclya ran as fast as she could, being as careful with Cassandra as her speed would let her. She lead them into the under ground of Minas Tirith and just up ahead there was a tunnel that lead to a thick brick door towards the back end of the city. As they reached it she had no time for locks, she put her hand over it and whispered something in elvish and the door clicked open. With Legolas' help they got outside and managed to reach the cave they took shelter in the night before. As they got there, they put Cassandra carefully on the floor and Eleclya gave Legolas a worried glance, too breathless from running for words*

[Amarie]

When she reached Meltharius and Blean, Amarie quickly related the situation to them and, seeing the tumbling rocks around them, they started leading them out of the city imediately. Amarie shot a worried glance behind her and saw, that Nienna and Sam were farther away than she could remember. She waved and tried to shout a direction, but did not know if she had been hurt. So the only thing she could do was follow Blean and Meltharius and pray that Nienna and Sam would make it.

[Samwise Gamgee]

Sam and Nienna seemed to be on their own now, all the ones who could run had ran. He glanced once more up at the wall, paling slightly. Then he turned, looking up at Nienna "Sorry" He muttered, "Come on, let's go!" He wasn't sure if they would make it. And it was all his fault. Sam cursed himself mentally, knowing that if they didn't get out, he would blame himself for ever

[M]

*Nienna smiled very weakly down at Sam and took his hand to aid him if need be. They both ran as quickly as they could. Nienna lead them down a stone, spiral stair way, going further and further down into the city. Nienna wasn't familiar with the lay-out of Minas Tirith, like Eleclya or any of the others, she had been there 3 times at most and just hoped the main gate wasn't block so they could make their exit there*

(Me thinks we better wait for the others to post now)

cassandra stirred slightly, she could feel her arm and body stinging, almost burning, she groaned as she regained conciousness and slowly opened her eyes, "hey," she said weakly

[Blaen]

Meltharius got back onto his feet, supported by Blaen. "Where is Nienna?" he asked simply as they moved.

Legolas nelt down by her side and took hold of her hand "Your alright.." he said with relief "I thought we'd lost you then" he said then remembered the pain in his arm, his whole right sleeve was soaked in blood and he feared removing his armor on his forearm because of what it would reveal. He looked at Cassondra and kisses her gentaly "I would never have forgiven myself if you had...well you know" he looked up at Eleclya "If any of you had left me..Iv had to much sorrow in my life I dont need anymore"

(*cough*Nienna is still inside!*cough*)

Sam couldn't see anyone, and suddenly, a large avalanche of rocks fell down infront of them, blocking their way out. He glanced up nervously at Nienna, not sure of where they could go. He didn't know Minas Tirith at all, had never really explored it. He looked around in every direction, but couldn't see the others. "Where do we go now?" He asked frantically to Nienna.
