The choices of Hobbits and Elves

[Blaen]

As time passed wingbeats could be heard in the distance, and then the shriek of a dragon. But then a sound came to the ears of those in the cave that they did not expect. An elven horn blowing and then they heard a herald shout out. "Open the gates! Lord Meltharius demands entry!" the herald called. Then a familar voice responded "Nice to see you've arrived!" Blaen responded. They then heard the gates open and from the mouth of the cave they saw the beacon lit.

*Eleclya looked up when the elven horn was blown and got to her feet as soon as she saw the beacon was lit. She looked at the others in turn* "Come on, we must hurry. The beacon is lit" *She said, beginning to walk at a fast pace towards an entrance to the city with Nienna following swiftly behind her*

Legolas looked at cassondra and smiled before taking her hand quickly and  rushing off ahead with the others.

cassandra followed everyone else, this was it

(soz, ive been away for the weekend)

Blaen stood with a guard of rangers ontop of the gate house watching the elves march into the city. There were not many, perhaps 200 at the most, but the elf at the head of the force would surely bolster morale. Meltharius marched infront, wearing full elvish plate mail that glistened in the moonlight.

*They all finally reached the walls of Minas Tirith and took a passage around the side that lead them up into the city. They headed swiftly towards the gates. Eleclya climed up towards a watch tower and when she saw Meltharius leading the elves a smile grew upon her face*

cassandra looked up at elecyla, "what do you see?" she asked seeing the smile grow on her face

*Eleclya glanced down at them, her face rekindled with hope* "Meltharius, and he's brought an army of 200 elves" *She said, then she climbed down from the watching tower* "If this is to be our end, I'm glad it is with such good company" *She said smiling*

*Nienna smiled, she knew of this plan, but thought it better to not tell the others. She ran her hand over the hilt of her sword and looked towards the gates as they began to open to let the elves in behind the walls so they could prepare for battle*

cassandra turned to legolas and grinnd, "you will still fight alongside him,"

Legolas smiled then relised he hadn't said this aloud "How did you know I was thinkign I wouldn't?" he said still smiling, he was glad to have one of his longest and dearest friends fightng along side him once again, aswell with Cassondra,Nienna and Eleclya.

[Blaen]

Meltharius directed his army to the ramparts and then approached the ranger. "Nice to see you again friend" The elf said to Blaen. Blaen smiled "I'm glad you arived" he replied. Meltharius laughed "You expect me just to leave my friends to fight this battle alone? But anyway, how did you deal with Aragorn?" he asked. "Of course not Meltharius...And I did the only thing I could...I challenged him" Blaen explained. Meltharius simply nodded. "We can remove the spell later, for the moment with have more pressing matters...Where is my sister and the others?" Meltharius asked. "They should be here soon" the ranger said.

cassandra smiled, "i know you too well," she then turned to eleclya, "so whats the plan now?"

[Midge Modge]

Legolas smiled at her again, she was right "Wait for them to get here? I think thats the only thing we can do!"
