We glimpsed a couple of extra clips that weren't in the original ROTK cinema release and one part was Eomer standing on the battlefield looking absolutely heartbroken. The clip was all of a couple of sconds long but the sheer emotion on his face was breathtaking! Did anyone else see this? Was this what you were referring to? It was on the theatrical trailer.   His emotions are overpowering. Really amazing acting. |

There are a load of really fantastic scenes (including that one) in the full-length film trailer. I watched it about 50 times wen i was waiting for rotk to come out in cinemas, because it was really moving. |

I was hyper off the trailer from October to December 2003 because It looked so amazing...thankfully it was  Didn't Gamling die or something..not in the trailer...just generally?  No..that was just a rumor I think. I cant remember if it was in the book. -_-; |

the EE isnt out until Christmas time... its just the standard theatrical one on Tuesday... not that that isnt good! Coz we'll still get the extras on the extra DVD  |

In one of the documentaries on the DVD (I think it's the National Geographic one) you can see what I think is basically the whole drinking game scene with Legolas and Gimli, which is hoing to be in the EE. It's really funny!!! |

Was it Gamling? I thought it was Hama that got killed by the Warg?  Isn't Gamling with the Ride of the Rohirrim at the Pelenor Fields in ROTK? Or am I completely confused? |

OK! Im embarrassed now :-[ having just watched ROTK again... Im completely wrong! Gamling it looks died on the Pelennor Fields, coz we see him ride into battle, but hes not at the Battle of the Black Gate! Sorry If my memory serves me correct (hopefully it will this time!) it was Hama who was eaten by a warg... |
