What if Middle Earth had an Ice Age in the middle of the War of the Ring?

Then everyone would get extremely cold, some people might freeze to death and Frodo and Sam would have needed to put the whole destroyig the Ring thing on hold for a while...

What if... Frodo was actually a woolly mammoth?

Then he'd be awfully hot in Mount Doom! And I'm not sure an orc uniform would have disguised him

What would happen if all the hobbits were female?

Then Merry and Pippin wouldn't be allowed to fight, and Frodo and Sam would be both weaker and, well, weaker.

Then for all I care they could start arguing over who had the longest beard, or even better, Legolas can trip over it and fall into the chasm in Moria.

what if biblo killed gandalf when he told him to give the ring away?

Then Bilbo would probably have been killed by the Black Riders and all Middle-Earth would be covered in darkness as Sauron would have regained the Ring and his power

What if... Denethor never tried to burn himself and his son alive then throw himself off the top level of Minas Tirith (in the film!) but was still mad, just in a non-homicidal capacity
