A few of the films you could not live without the. LOTR trilogy goes without saying... A few I love:

The crow
Thor
Pulp fiction
Twilight saga (so far)
Tenacious d and the pick of destiny
Back to the future trilogy
The green mile

And now im stuck lol

The Godfather Boxset (throw away part 3)  :P

Saving Private Ryan (alternatively Shaving Ryans Privates)  :D

Dances with wolves
ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING de Niro or Pacino

Ooh. I don't know about box sets, but DVDs in general...
Boxsets I have are:
Batman (Christina Bale era)
Ally McBeal  ::)
Sherlock
Frasier
Lord of the Rings (both normal version and EE)

DVD must haves:
Zoolander.
Fifth Element.
The Producers (original)
Mrs Doubtfire.

Loads more I could think of but that's all I can think of right now.
