  It's about two guys: one who created a computer program to detect all the disasters that are going to happen [such as an ordinary person being murdered] and another man who goes and protects those people from said disaster..  Collectively they save people's lives, and to make it even more suspenseful a cop is forever looking for the second man (played by Jim Caviezel)..
