an XML feed is like a data feed.
Im not sure why people are shown as viewing one, but I think it may be if they are viewing the site through a proxy server... which is displaying the forum data as an XML feed :-\

ahhh ok that explains it
thanks for that, just put a stop to my confusion

??? Strange, arnt XML feeds just for list of data that need updating alot :-\

Well, it is my belief that XML feeds are "Live Bookmarks", bookmarks which will give you a list of the most updates news, information, or, on forums, topics.
In Firefox, they look like a links folder and you can view and click on the most recent topics. I just created a AOTR live bookmark and it displays only the five most recently updated topics.
Click here (http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/118/xmlfeedza3.png) for an image of what the AOTR live bookmark (on Firefox) looks like.
