Im on hol from Fri for 2 weeks! Off to Sunny Italy (I hope!!! - itd better be!)

From the 17th July - 25th [ I think :P I'll let you know if I've got the dates wrong, but it's around those dates ]
I'm going to Valencia, Spain, for the Benicassim Music Festival :D
And on the 28th - 30th August
I'm going to Edinburgh :P Hurrah for me ::)

Wow you guys get to go to some cool places over there *jealous*
I am off to Sydney for 2 days for the Pearl Jam concert, thats the 8th and 9th November.
Then around the 22nd November I'll be heading up to sunny Queensland to Brisbane and the Gold Coast for a wedding. Should be back on the 28th.

I suppose it's not much of a "Holiday" but next week I'm taking a day off work to go to the Primus concert.
Somehow I fear I shall be one of only three people there who are in a condition of non-stonededness.
Somehow I also fear I won't be worth a #$@% the next day at work either.
After that I'll be pretty out-of-pocket until year's end. It seems I have put too danm many irons on the fire and have misplaced my anvil again.
I wanna go to Australia. It's just warming up down there. I've not been to the ocean in over a year.

Wheee I finally have a holiday booked :D I wont be here in May since I'm going to Menorca again! ^^

In just over 4 weeks time I will be landing in London (as many of you already know). I'll be in England for 2 weeks, Ireland for 1 week before taking 6 weeks to make my way around Europe. One of those weeks will be in Germany with an old friend and I'll meet up with my cousin in Paris who will travel with me for a week or so through France. Then I will head back up to Enlgland where I will have a further 2 weeks to see Scotland and Wales and of course more of England :D
I've been planning this trip in my head for absolutely years! It's just amazing that I am finally going to do this! :D

I am going away for 2 months as of the 19th of April. So therefor I shall not be online very often. I will try my best to keep yall updated with my going's on! Well seeing as I will be in America. Cant promise anything ;)

Hey all. I am sorry I havent gotten on here sooner! Well, I have been here in the USA now for about 4 months, and loving every second! The new man is wonderful, we are very much in love, and whats more we have married! I am now a married woman! (Bout time...lol)... Anyway, everything is going really well.

Am going with my boyfriend and his parents who have been many times before. We are spending a week in Nairobi on safari then a week in another place. Had always been my dream to see what you see on tv in the actual wild. GIRAFFES :D

Del, you can see actual elephants and giraffes and stuff, that'll be so cool!
How come Africa gets cool animals and we just get terrified rabbits and the odd fox here and there? (Yes that is my assessment of the entire scope of British wildlife. ::))
On the holiday note: I'm going to New Zealand for a month in July!!! :D

I will. I need to get a camera first, though. This is going to be an incredibly expensive trip, actually, even though it's through a student volunteer organisation thing. I almost died when I saw the cost of the flights. :8o
But yeah, you do two weeks of voluntary conservation work, then two weeks of what they call 'Adventure Activities' - sky-diving, bungee-jumping, white-water rafting, glacier hike etc. AND there is mention of a possible 'Lord of the Rings Horse-Riding Tour'... :ph34r:

My wife and I took a weekend getaway to New York City last Thurday - Sunday. We saw "The Addams Family " musical, "Hair", and "Promises, Promises". Also went to the Museum of Modern Art where, in addition to van Gogh's "Starry Night" and Picasso's "Musicians" there was a special exhibit of Tim Burton's work, with lots of his movie props/ costumes/puppets.
That and just the cool factor of standing in Times Square after the show lets out at 11:30 and it's bright as day with the 5 storie video billboard and all the other lights. A great time was had, believe me!

Thanks! :) The trip was enjoyable some of the time (like when I was sleeping!) and sometimes not (like when we were babysitting all five of my niece and nephews!)..
But we did make it back safe and I would say "sound," but we're not necessarily very sane.. :P

Remember that Tunisia from the UK is not that far.
I'm very excited as I've booked me and two younger children to go to St Petersburg in October. So far everyone has said that the place is wonderful, the weather will be cold and the food will be awful. So pack thermals and lots of snacks then - got it :D

Really snowy when we got there, so was very christmasy!
