Yes, i do have some form of artistic bone in my body. Thought it was about time i posted up some of my own, bearing in mind this was done for my GCSE's which were 5 years ago, so ::)
(let me know if you cant see them)
The main topic i did for my coursework portfolio and exam piece was foliage.
Final GCSE piece (10 hr exam...on my birthday!) (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0VADhAosXasSZXzh7xg1*0jheDKm0LOOF0j6oBL1k2EsPrp6NU99Xk3Lqy68Q5Fh71mBSWBw1jDL3dZVt9HdPGbOzwgxVVoEGQFwIpkzWmrQMPaDrgF174OeHoh0fbrp6/April-May%202006%20(28).JPG?dc=4675574017021744144)
Close up (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0VAAPA4wXp8SZXzh7xg1*0jheDKm0LOOFgVRqbN2TjEI2j*3FTCejLjbO6wjhTLGh5yUHQgbEQzPDVqK9Z4hRmnbbYIdZJQvHMyyosvhDZEL1QirZM*!3uyaY9FeW6PSZ/April-May%202006%20(29).JPG?dc=4675574017025498264)
Done by pen and watercolour mix, with cardboard to enhance the 3D look... personally didnt think it was good enough for an A* but hey, i didnt argue lol
One of my sculptural pieces made from clay then shoved in the kiln.

Took me many weeks, and many lunch hours, then my art teacher knocks the head off whilst putting it into the kiln, typical ::)
One of my batik pieces...
Foliage theme again (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0XgDhAuka6eVbhndAgvkOZbo6QCZo3E!KZb1RPhsYwGMAguiVawCnIlSTscGrMufbO*dW04Kp*iFaph4gvj6NaksRuUaPpRton602czBddkJ9xwoHoFmKbHIJw5q1nTnZ!68L8a15Urg/Jack,%20George%20and%20Tye%20(29).JPG?dc=4675574017777112768)
Framed (http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0XgD9AugarOVbhndAgvkOZbo6QCZo3E!KZb1RPhsYwGMAguiVawCnIsXFEyamQsB71AO0AnDaKCCCos1g1AcVHVzouwbc8ZijzMuJtWJS*pqHdjBhwGxyRB!TjGkQ4khX5zGEJnOh*G8/Jack,%20George%20and%20Tye%20(28).JPG?dc=4675574017773808825)
It was a massive long piece but i guess it looks better folding it to a smaller section to frame

That foliage one looks so snazzy there in the frame, and I love the sculptured tortoise. :)

I really regret not carrying it on, after so long i'm probably more than a little bit rusty now :-\
(lol yeah i know Gollum, if you look closely you can just see a peg underneath the head holding it in place ::) I have yet to find a glue/cement that holds its weight in place!)
