angst1 [Pronunciation Key] (ängkst)
n.
"A feeling of anxiety or apprehension often accompanied by depression."
1. talk to friends in real lfe. they'll know your problems better than we will, and will probably find it easier to help you.
2. if your parents won't or can't help with your problems, talk to a grown up like a teacher or other relative. they may be able to help you get a better perspective on things.
3. talk to one of us on IM. despite what you might like to think, not all of us hate you. I'm sure you know at least one person who'll be able to talk through problems with you. denise, one of the administrators, is also very understanding and will be able to point you in the right direction if you need some help.
you're never truly alone- just being here you are part of a large online community who support each other and have a lot of fun. Just joining in and having a laugh can make you feel a lot better.
I hope anyone who is depressed now feels they have somewhere to turn. Personal topics about depression etc will be locked and deleted; most people come here to have fun and to relax from a hard day's work! there are people out there who can help; you just have to ask politely and be prepared to accept their help and advice.
