Title: Rest in peace Dave Comer - location scout for the LOTR films.

I wasn't sure where to put this but I figured since it was related to the LOTR films, it could go here.. I've also not been aware of anyone making topics like these so I hope it's ok.

Dave Comer who was location scout for The Lord of The Rings trilogy passed away on Christmas Day. Without him and his incredible eye for spotting great locations and their potential, LOTR films we know today would be very different.

I for one will be forever grateful to him and what he did for the films.
