I was just wondering if anyone had seen this movie yet?  I'm going tomorrow to see it and I'm looking forward to it..  I think it's looks so good..  I'll come back tomorrow after I've seen it and let you all know what I think of it..

I did see some behind the scenes stuff and the junk they created for this movie specifically looked super high tech and I was thoroughly impressed with James Cameron and his vision..  Can't wait to see the movie..

Our plans changed and we actually didn't see it, but I would like to see it in the theater..  That's one of those that I think will be better seen in the theater first..  Even if you have a big tv and nice stereo, it's not quite the same at home..

Saw this at the cinema on Wednesday, and have to say, it did look very swish indeed. Cameron did a very good job of showing the fantasy world of Pandora and all of its creatures and scenery. Definitely worth a trip to the cinema for.
My only criticism would be that it was a little too long. You know when you're watching something and you think, I wonder if it will end soon, it's never a good thing. Kind of got into the realms of being uncomfortably long; at least it was in the Showcase cinema my friends and I went to (just not the same as VUE). It was just a shame they weren't doing it in 3D there as that would have been amazing!!

With the right film I think it could make all the difference as it's just that added bit of fun.
My friend convinced me to go and see The Final Destination in 3D and think for that film the 3D version was what made it watchable. Settled into my comfort zone a couple of times and forgot it was in 3D. Now that made me jump!  :P

I'll bet it did!  Hehe..  My mother, who I see all movies with, can't do 3D because she gets nauseated so easily..  But I'm not into 3D anyways..  -shrug-

So I finally went to see Avatar on Friday..  :-\

It was AMAZING!!  It was, admittedly, a little long..  But such a good film and the graphics were out of this world..  The way the pushed the envelope with their filming techniques and computer graphics software was just incredible..

I would definitely recommend that you go see it..

& I think I may have developed a little crush on Sam Worthington..
