The actual link is this (http://lotrscrapbook.bookloaf.net/other/science.html), but despite that I don't agree because I personally think there are too many vague assumptions there to have anything concrete - and at the end of the day I don't think Tolkien ever intended for such an obscure piece of knowledge to be found out. I personally don't think I need - or want - to know.
