A couple of years back the University of Texas-Austin was offering lessons.

There is an online course you can download, but I have no idea what it was called :O  Although I'm sure if you type it into Google, it will come up :)  It was very good, I did the first few lessons :)

Here it is, it's a course in Quenya, but it is very hard to learn, you have to dedicate quite alot of your time to it! :S

elvish is sweet language, its not hard to learn, tho i know like 2/3 of words
