In an attempt to make this little Games board more active, I am going to bring in some games for people to play.
Odd one out works like this: Someone will list, for example, 4 characters, and you will have to guess which one is the odd one out, e.g. "Frodo, Sam, Pippin, Elrond" - the odd one out is Elrond as he's not a hobbit.
Here's my first one:
Frodo,
Sam,
Pippin,
Sméagol.
-
Pippin, for the others were all ringbearers
-
Nope. :P
-
smeagol?
-
Yes, but why?
-
because he lived far longer than he should have?
-
Go on then, I'll let you have it.
Your turn.
-
It may take me a while to thinkof one, lol.
-
:pk: So, how about a new one? ???
-
Ok, as I see no one makes a new one (sorry mojo for skipping you) here's another one:
Ulmo
Oromë
Tulkas
Vairë
-
*Hugs* Missed you too m'dear! I come occasionaly, when I have time!
Thats right! Your turn then! ;D
-
yh, i couldn't make one because I have onli watched the movies atm. I am "trying" to read the books. So for now I will just guess the stuff and not make up ones. :)
-
Angrod
Bregalad
Finglas
Fladrif
The first one is an elf, son of Fingolfin, if I'm not mistaken. The others are ents
-
Galadriel
Earwen
Dior
Orodreth
-
All were born before the First Age apart from Dior? (I assume you mean Dior of Doriath and Orodreth son of Finarfin).
Wait... what about, they were all members of the House of Finarfin except Dior who was of the House of Beor and the Sindar.
Or even! Dior because he was a half elf.
-
Sorry, nope
-
None of them?! :O
Dior because he never saw the light of the trees?
Orodreth beause he never had any children?
-
You see, it is more on the surface, so to speak. (hope I've meself clear)
-
Dior is dead?
-
Nope :-\
Galadriel
Earwen
Dior
Orodreth
-
Dior is only two syllables?
To be honest I can't see anything else here.
-
No again. Hints, perhaps?
Galadriel
Earwen
Dior
Orodreth
-
Galadriel is the only one who lived in Middle-earth into the Third Age?
-
Yep. It's her. Your go :)
