-
((Just to warn you I may not be on much as I no longer have internet at home. My computer is having problems and my dad hasn't fixed it yet.))
-
(OK I'll start!)
The Hall of Minis Tirith held a feeling of foreboding this morning, as Aragorn stood by a dusty window. He gazed out of it, in deep thought of Middle's Earth's plight.
The rest of the fellowship, his old friends, were expected here any day now. He waited anxiously for them, for this was a meeting of grave troubles, and not a happy meeting fo old friends. Now they were allies as well as friends, again.
He wondered how Middle Earth would fare, for they had already beaten the Shadow once....could they do it again?
He hoped beyond hope they could.
-
Samwise stared up at the grand hall of Minis Tirith, a smile on his face. It had been a long time since he had seen Gondor, and even longer since he had met many of the Fellowship members. Sam didn't know why he had been called here, had just been told it was urgent. He couldn't think how he would be of any help though. Sam made his way up the steps, and walked into the hall, wondering who he would meet in there... if he met anyone.
-
( I couldn't stay away from this Board ::) Hawwo Samwise!!!!! Hawwo Icy!!!!! I has returned)
Name: Rosie Gamgee
Age: 34
Gender: Female
Race: Female
Desc: (I'll find one in a moment)
Bio: Distraught when Sam left with Frodo on the Quest, she waited patiently for his return, and married him soon after. When she heard that her husband had been called to Gondor, She refused to let him go without her.
-
(Hey hun! Long time no speak! Welcome back! *Huge hugs* :D)
Aragorn turned away from the window when he heard someone come in, and his face broke out into a large grin when he saw who it was.
"Samwise Gamgee! Such a pleasure it is to see your face again!" he said loudly across the Hall, and abrubtly started walking towards the Hobbit.
-
Rosie dismounted and followed her husband into the hall. She had never been so far from home. She stared around at the magnificence of it. Catching up to Sam's side. She watched carefully as Aragorn approached.
-
Sam looked ahead as he heard Aragorn's voice, the smile ever growing on his face. Sam bowed deeply, remembering that Aragorn was now the King of Gondor. Aragorn looked so different from the first time Sam had seen him, as a lone ranger, in a smoky inn, it was almost unbelievable he was the same person. Sam straightened to his full height. "Aragorn," He said, "I have not seen you for a long time!"
-
Aragorn forgot all Royal etiquette, and got down on one knee to hug his old friend. He embraced him, then stood back up, smiling. "It has been too long, my old friend. Too long indeed! And is this your wife I have heard so much about?" he said, taking Rosie's hand and kissing it.
-
Rosie blushed and giggled slightly. "Gosh, I have never been greeted by a King before" She said quietly. "I have heard much about you too. Sam has praised you often, telling me your adventures in the War"
-
Legolas rides up to the hall and dismounts. He walks up the steps as memories come flooding back. Aragorns coronation, the hobbits, the battle of Pelinors field. He smiles to himself as he walks into the hall.
-
"I may be a King by title, but I am no more greater than you, fair Lady, perhaps less" he smiled, and looked up when he heard yet another sound in the Hall.
"Legolas! Another friend I have truly missed!" he said, holding his arms our welcomingly.
-
Sam watched on as Aragorn and Rosie met for the first time and then too turned as he heard someone else enter the hall, and his face lit up as he saw that it was Legolas who had entered. It seemed that alot of the Fellowship would come then! "That is Legolas," Sam whispered into Rosie's ear, so that she would know what was happening.
-
"The Elf Prince?" Rosie whispered back, taking Sam's hand in her own.. "It is so exciting to meet all these people in real life. Your stories are good, but real life is better." She grinned and watched the blonde Elf and the King as they greeted.
-
"Aragorn! How good to see you old friend. Alas I have terrible news. My father was killed by orcs not a fortnight ago. I have left Mirkwood in the very capable hands of my betrothed Lady Daelina."
-
Aragorn looked saddened, and embraced Legolas. "I am truly sorry, my friend. Your father was a good man, and a great Elven King." he said.
-
"I believe my Lady is more upset than the rest of the people. Her mother knew him when he was a boy and Dae grew up hearing stories about him. She told one of her maids that he was like a father to her. She wished him to see us marry." He sighs and then looks over at Sam and Rosie. "Samwise! How good to see you and who is this lovely young lady?"
-
Sam stepped forward as Legolas took notice of him, bowing yet again. "Legolas, how good it is to see you!" Sam exclaimed, "This is my wife.. Rosie" He said in reply to Legolas's question. Sam glanced over his shoulder, at Rosie. He still wasn't sure about whether he should have brought Rosie here or not, but he knew that there had been no way that he would've been able to argue with her to stay home
-
Rosie smiled and curtsied. "My Lord" She said to Legolas. "Again, I have heard much about you, and I am very pleased to meet you at last" She took Sam's hand in her own and grinned.
-
Arenea had been stood behind the pillar watching the goings-on before her. She was slightly nervous as to what to do. She had heard many stories of all of those present, but she was still nervous on meeting them. She took a step forwars into view, still very nervous.
-
"It's a pleasure to meet you to Rosie."
-
Arenea glanced around nervously, and summoning up her courage, she stepped forward into the Hall of Minas Tirith. She had no idea what to do or what to say, so she stood and waited for someone to noticed her. Hoping they would quickly
-
Legolas looks around at the Hall. He smiles thinking of the times he and the fellowship had been here together. Then he spots someone lurking in the shadows. "Arenea?"
-
Rosie looked up at Legolas's voice and turned to face the stranger as well. She looked nervous, and Rosie wasn't surprised. Her own hands were shaking with nerves.
-
Arenea smiled weakly. She wasn't one for the formal stuff so she walked towards the group of people. She really was stuck, this was uncomfortably, she preffered meeting people in battle.

(Mind if I join? Or is it too late :-\...I'll post up my bio anyway :))
Name: Eäredia
Age: 24
Des: (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v310/strangechild134/character%20pictures/fighter_1.jpg)
Weapons: Long sword and two Daggers.
Bio: Being a distant relative of Faramir's, Eäredia grew up in and around Minas Tirith, but she was always eager to get out for adventure, she dreamed of making her own history when she was older and returning with amazing stories of bravery and battle. Eäredia lived with her mother whilst her father was out fighting for Gondor, although she didn't see him often she admired him and wished only to follow in his footsteps and help fight for mankind. As she got older, she began to wander outside the walls and taught herself how to use a sword and other weaponry, she soon gained the skills to fight and was desperate to get out. Once she was old enough she left Minas Tirith and on the journey she became wiser, more mature and less naive.
She had been away for a few years when she received the news about the orc rebellion, then she decided to return home to offer her help if it was needed.
Other: Eäredia is confident, but quiet, she'll only speak if necessary. She doesn't trust people easily but is friendly enough when it comes to socialising, she is a good fighter and knows how to look after herself. She is wise and knows a lot about everything around her, she learns easily and her one ambition is to be remembered for doing good in Middle Earth.
-
Legolas smiled at her. "It's been a while."
-
(I think that should be fine, Alexis, but check with Ear! :D And welcome back by the way!)
Sam watched the new guest enter into the small crowd, wondering who she was. Obviously Legolas knew who she was, but Sam couldn't think of any names that he might have mentioned to him. Sam could feel Rosie's hands shaking with nerves between his, and he squeezed it comfortingly, himself too quite nervous, even though he had already met most of the people here.
-
(oo yes of course you can be in it!! :D The more the merrier... OK I seriously sound like my mum  Gonna shut up now...)
(Wait... I have to post something worth reading.... ::) :P)
Arenea nodded to Legolas, she bowed. She had never curtsied before, she had been brought up like a man, so she bowed. When she straightened up she noticed the questioning look on the hobbits face, 'I am Arenea, Aragorns sister.' She smiled then remembered a tale that Aragorn had told her of the Fellowship 'You must be Samwise Gamgee!' She said brightly, 'I have heard much about you!'

The sound of growing voices tore Eäredia away from her deep thought. She was sat in her old home in front of a weak fire, the place was a wreck as it hadn't been lived in for a good few years. Eäredia had been away for a long time and only came back last night after she had received word from Gondor about the orcs regrouping. She decided she wouldn't make her appearance until later though, she wanted their greetings over and done with before she arrived. She knew the fellowship had been called upon and she'd only feel out of place if she bothered to turn up before they started discussing what would be done. She needed some time to herself anyway, to figure out what she would do. She had been called to this meeting but it didn't mean she had to go off and fight, if she wanted she could just go back to her usual business of travelling...Yet, that wouldn't get her far. She didn't have any money left now, she had traded possessions for food and a place to sleep for the past few weeks but she knew she'd run out of valuables pretty soon.
A sigh escaped her lips as she got to her feet. She walked over to the window and looked outside, it was very bright compared to the dull interior of her little home, people were awake and going by with their own business now and Eäredia decided she should do the same. She put on her tattered old cloak and armed herself with her weapons, she never left without them. Then pulling up her hood she made her way outside, closing the door behind her and began to walk up towards the gathering with her head down, she didn't want to be recognised.
-
suddenly from up the cliff was the sound of innocent screems, soon after he saw a orc plumet to its death and land beside him.
"worthless orc's you cant send them to do any thing!!" he mumbled to himself
once the wrag had finished its meal Bhaal rubbed it's fur once more and set it off in the direction of home. As he watched hid ride dissapear into the horizon he climbed onto the nearest rock he could find, and started climbing up the mountain, in search one of his lower ranking hoards.
After 2 hours of climbing he had reached the top to find the small village burned to the ground, along with several orcs fighting over the loot.
"form ranks! ! !"
"stop fighting! ! !"
"you scum are almost as bad as the humans! ! !"
once the orcs had reformed there ranks bhaal marched them back down the mountain back to-wards there camp.

Arenea stood, waiting for Aragorn to break the awkward silence. She remembered then why all these people had been asked to meet here. She remembered being told, the orcs had grown stronger, regrouped and were wanting to attack all races of Middle-Earth. Arenea had hardly been able to believe this news. She had always thought that the orcs would not dare anything like this, after the War of the Ring.
-
As Bhaal perched on a near by bolder on the cliff, he exammined his soldiers march back to camp.
As he was inspecting one of the orcs he noticed the horrified human eyes peering through the slit in the helmet. As the orc marched by Bhaal hurled himself from the bolder he was perched on he landed himself on the humans shoulders, with a sudden crack the spinal cord had shattered, which left the man at the mercy of Bhaal and his followers
