Is it ok that i advers in my sigs? can i make a topic to adverse my sites?

you can put a link to your site in your sig, if you would return us the favour and put a link to this site on yours.

Other than that, no, you cant place adverts to sell things in your sig, no.  This is a non-profit making site.
